The people you care about most are always the hardest to shop for. You care about how they will react to the gift, so you take extra time to make your selection. This is exactly what it is like when the Ketterman Family purchases for the store. After 29 years with their own business, and working in the Vienna store before that, it would be easy to shop from a catalog, or refill with what has sold well for many years, but the family continues to "go shopping" for the people who matter most to our business, our customers. Throughout the year (starting in January), the family will travel to gift and jewelry shows to make selections with our customer in mind. We make our decisions based on what we know of our past customers and those we may have in the future. It is a pleasure to shop for you, and we look forward to finding just the right gifts for you to share with your loved ones.
