I've been a fan and customer of Ketterman’s for years! Having worked in the jewelry profession previously, as well as enjoying a life long love of jewelry, I was immediately taken with the customer service and atmosphere of the store. It became my "happy” place to go for all my jewelry needs. I was impressed at the lengths they would go to make sure my needs were met.

When my youngest went off to college last year, I decided to take Ketterman’s up on their offer to experience life on the "other side" of their counter! When my friends ask me how I like working here my response is always, " What's not to love?" I spend my day surrounded by quality people who really care about making their customers happy. The diamonds, puppies, and chocolate are just an added bonus!!
