Ketterman’s takes pride in our on-site jewelry repair and design shop, housing over 150 years of collective experience. We offer a one week turn around on most repairs, but can give expedited service to meet your needs.  Our jewelry repair experts will evaluate your jewelry in person and recommend any work necessary to be sure your jewelry can be enjoyed to its fullest extent.

Ketterman’s also buys, or takes as trade, gold, silver, and platinum as a service to their customers. It is not our only business so we are able to pay more for your precious metals. Nothing is taken out to pay the hostess of a “Gold Buying Party” or TV Ads.  So, it’s a Gold Buying Party at Ketterman’s every day.

More extensive repairs are sent out to a watchmaker in Maryland.  We need to see the watch to know if we are able to send it out.
